Can't thank Jon enough for the help on buying our first house. Jon is step above the rest in estate agents and buying a house through him was easy and pleasant. For such a big change in life buying a first house it is very daunting however he was kind, polite and helpful throughout.
Any questions or needing answers he was available whenever needed getting answers quickly. We had heard so many stories about buying and selling houses we were unsure on what to do nor if we were doing it right however Jon wasn't pushy or trying to make a sale he listened and gave feedback. What I liked the most was that he was open and honest if he didn't know he would find out for us and let us know which gives you that trust. There was little touches added on our first viewing which sold it for us like adding a fire onto the TV, those little things really do add up!
